We appreciate you accommodating us on such short notice. 01/16/2008 (Zip Code 77058) I have used Clay Collins for about 3 years now, after having tried various others, and have NOT been dissapointed at all. Clay holds a Professional Inspector license (the higher of the 2 licenses available from TREC). He is also a member of TAIRE, a state association which has tougher educational (MCE) requirements than those required by TREC. Clay's reports are ALWAYS typed and include photos and an inventory of serial numbers & ages of appliances... I've never seen this kind of detail anywhere else.
